Savi: A Bloody Housewife is one of those films that seems to stand out among all the feel-good and action movies released in 2024. This film is not a romance; as the name suggests, it’s something more sinister. Directed by Abhinay Deo, it is a modern twist on the tale of Savitri and Satyavan. A completely woman-centric film, this movie shows the power of a woman who loves her family and can do anything to save them.

Savi Movie Hit or Flop

Despite its low budget, Savi presents a novel topic and holds the potential to significantly influence the audience. It has earned twice the money they spent making this film, and according to the audiences as well as the critics, this film might be a hit by the end of this month!

Savi: A Bloody Housewife Reviews

Savi has gotten many mixed reviews, ranging from “an absolutely illogical plot” to “one of the freshest plots we have had this year.” Divya Khosla shines as Savi and has managed to show the audience that she is quite capable of showing a wide range of emotions.

Kudos to the director for preserving Savi’s femininity and grace even when she is on a dangerous and risky mission to save her husband. Harshwardhan too does a great job as a supporting actor, and Anil Kapoor seems to capture the spotlight even though his role is quite limited in the film.

Overall, Savi: A Bloody Wife is a great thriller, and why wouldn’t it be? Mukesh Bhatt, after all, produced it.

About Savi: A Bloody Housewife

Savi: A Bloody Housewife is about a simple and sophisticated housewife who loves her family above all, and they are her first priority. She lives with her husband, Nakul, and her son, Adi, in London.

One day, their happy lives crumble when Nakul is convicted for the murder of his own boss! He pleads innocence, but all evidence points towards his being guilty. Savi tries all the legal ways to get her husband out of prison, but nothing works.

Savi stumbles upon a book written by ex-convict J Paul and decides to contact him in order to commit a jailbreak. Paul agrees to help Savi, but only on one condition: He will simply tell her what to do. She has to follow his instructions word for word. If she misses, she too will be jailed.
