Kill the action film failed to make a good start on its release in terms of its box office collection. Coming to theatres on July 5th, 2024, it was up against another large film, Kalki 2898 AD. Estimates suggest Kill only managed to pull in around 1.20 net crore on its opening day in India.
This failed to meet the fan or the general public’s expectation which was even more premature given the type of film and the expectations people had based on the film’s action scenes.

In Kill, Indian army commando Amrit boards a train to New Delhi with a mission: help him put an end to his girlfriend’s forced marriage with another man. However, these plans are proven to be too much of a challenge when a gang of notorious robbers led by Fani takes over the train.
