‘Garudan’ is a Tamil myth & story which basically deals with the loyalty aspect. While Aadhi and Karuna are childhood sweethearts, they are born and raised in the small town of Theni and control the temple in the region. Becoming one of the few people Karuna trusts after being raised by her grandmother, Sokkan is a fierce defender of the former.
However, their friendship suffers a major setback when a certain election-winning political giant advances interests in acquiring a piece of land that belongs to the temple.
