About Trisha on the Rocks

This movie is about a cute modern girl named Trisha, who loves to have a good time and has a loving and caring dad. At one party, Trisha comes across a bootlegger at her party.

The bootlegger is dashing Vishal, who looks like a caveman but has the perfect body to make all girls drool. Trisha gets a chance to dance with him and what starts off with a fun night of dancing turns into a hot and steamy night together.

Trisha wakes up after the hookup just to find Vishal gone. She remembers that neither she knows his name nor does she have his phone number.

But Trisha couldn’t let him go away so easily; after all, she felt a solid connection with him! So she calls the hotel reception to find out his name and phone number but to her surprise, they tell her that he is a bootlegger! Now begins Trisha’s hilarious journey to find the bootlegger who gave her a good time and in doing so, she gets alcohol from multiple bootleggers, making her father extremely suspicious of whether she has an addiction problem or not.

But after a long time, she finally meets Vishal and then they start their strange but cute romance.

Trisha on the Rocks has a very unique concept with heartwarming moments that give the audience a feel-good experience. It has some predictable scenes but aside from them, it’s quite cute. Some audiences feel this movie is against Indian culture and quite tone-deaf and the message is not a good one for the young generation.

However, it is just a movie that depicts how modern times have become and all movies do not have to have a preachy message. special mention goes to Janki Bodiwala, who is able to capture the essence of a young, free-spirited woman who wants to experience everything in life.
