‘Hit List,’ centers around a normal middle-aged man, Vijay, who leads a moderately happy life, however, his life takes a dramatic turn when a masked gunman abducts his mother and sister. This cruel abductor demands no cash from Vijay; instead, coerces him into becoming a hitman.
In fact, amidst personal tragedy, the kidnapper has revengeful motives – a list of his enemies, and Vijay must kill these people one by one in order to save his family. As Vijay performs these dangerous activities, he feels the heat of the police and tries to stay away from them while also fighting with his own conscience which slows him down and makes him hesitate to kill the targets.
The continuation of the film depicts Vijay’s efforts to aid his family and friends; at the same time, the enshrouded stranger’s intentions remain ambiguous.
